1. How could I get samples?
Please contact our team to place a sample order. We do accept sample
order just for courtesy, we do not have any profit from this order
and it takes effort and time to arrange. so please be patient and
kind enough to pay the extra bank fees or a couple of dollar higher
for samples as our price is based on 100pcs.
I2.How much the courier freight will be for the
samples?
Courier freight depends on the destination quantity, weight and
volume of the samples.
3. How can I get your price list?
Two ways :
1. if you have Elitephones account, you can access online price
list, Prices are updated almost every week. Online is the most
latest price.
2. Download / enquire us for a PDf or excel version.
4. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can
ask us to send you a Proforma invoice for your order. We need to
know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone
number, fax number, destination airport ( by door to door
courier, or by airfreight )
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepaid )
* Freight Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )
5. What's your usual payment term for orders?
* By Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account in HSBC
Hong Kong.
* By Western Union for sample orders.
* By Money bookers, You need pay 5-8% extra of invoice value (moneybookers
fee ).
* By Paypal, we do not prefer paypal due to charge back's and slow
customer service.
(you need pay 5-8% extra towards paypal fee).
We don't accept payment by bank Check.
6. How can the phones be sent to us?
* For small quantity or weight less than 45 kgs, sent usually by
EMS (door to door ).
* Your representative can come to inspect and pickup from our
office.
* Your Freight forwarder can pickup from our office.
The transportation way depends on your choice.
7. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?
Yes. We can arrange air and courier transportation as per your
instructions.
8. What's the warranty for phones?
6 month's warranty for Main Boards. send us only main boards by
ems
We will rectify / replace the problems and ship back to you along
with next order.
9. How can we become your distributor ?
Register an online account and contact our team for
customization.
Ideally you should have engineering division for diagnosis and
repairs.
We will ship to you the replacement's or accessories as you
need.
10. Do you accept OEM projects?
yes we accept OEM, ODM projects.
11. How can we get your monthly new products
announcement?
* Please join our
mailing list.
* Register to receive updates and latest
price lists automatically.
12. MOQ ?
First sample shipment there is no MOQ, so it is easy for you to
test.
Acceptable payment for first sample order is by western union. ( no
profit, no bank fee loss )
From second shipment 100 Pcs is MOQ. You can mix
different models.
